Traffic & Other Criminal Matters

Our firm handles all types of traffic tickets in Orange, Durham and Chatham Counties.  We can also help you located an attorney in another county if you have a traffic ticket.  It is important to consult with an attorney when you are ticketed.  Not properly handling a ticket or "just paying it" can result in DMV points on your license and insurance points on your policy and may cause you to lose your license.

Our firm also handles misdemeanor criminal matters and some felony matters.  We do not handle serious felonies (murder, manslaughter, etc.).  Examples of misdemeanors are minor drug and alcohol charges and assault.  Our firm also handles DWIs.  It is important to consult with an attorney to make sure your rights are protected throughout the court process.

Normally, we handle these types of matters on a flat fee basis.  The attorney fee will be in addition to any court costs and fines.
